Mr Paul Poli

Chairman/ Non-Executive Director
Mr Poli has over 30 years experience in general management/business, contract negotiations, taxation, corporate and business advisory. Mr Poli is the Chairman and Executive Director of the company’s major shareholder, Matsa Resources Limited.

Mr Mark Csar

Chief Executive Officer
MSc., BSc., Grad. Dip. Bus., FAus.IMM.

Mr Csar is a geologist with over 30 years of experience in exploration, development and mining operations in Australia and internationally. He has held senior positions for major ASX companies including WMC, Aberfoyle Resources, RGC and Iluka Resources in commodities including gold, copper, nickel, tin and mineral sands. Mr Csar has worked throughout Australia, North America, Indonesia and Thailand and has led the advancement of several exploration plays into mining operations. Mr Csar is a Fellow of the AusIMM.

Mr Robert Martin

Non-Executive Director
Mr Martin has over 40 years experience in the management and operation of resource projects and other commercial undertakings. He is also a significant shareholder of the company, through his entity Goldfire Enterprises Pty Ltd.


Mr Daniel Prior

Non-Executive Director
Mr Prior is a chartered accountant with 12 years’ experience as a management consultant specialising in strategy development, project management, business improvement and financial analysis working primarily in the energy and resources sector in Australia and globally.

Mr Prior spent 11 years with Deloitte where he was a Director and is now a Manager in the Corporate Development team for the Hall & Prior Aged Care Group.


Mr Neville Bassett

Non-Executive Director

Mr Bassett is a Chartered Accountant and Chairman of Westar Capital Limited, the holder of an AFSL specialising in investment banking and corporate advisory services. He has been involved with numerous public company listings and capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and maintains significant knowledge and exposure to the Australian financial markets. He has a wealth of experience in matters pertaining to the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, corporate taxation and finance.


Mr Andrew Chapman

Company Secretary
Andrew Chapman is a chartered accountant with over 16 years experience with publicly listed companies where he has held positions as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer and has experience in the areas of corporate acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings. He has worked for a number of public companies in the mineral resources, oil and gas and technology sectors. Mr Chapman is also company secretary for two other publicly listed companies. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA) and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).

Lake Rebecca Gold Project

Bulletin’s Lake Rebecca Project is 150km east of Kalgoorlie and immediately along strike of a >1 million ounce gold deposit.


Ravensthorpe Lithium Project

Bulletin’s Ravensthorpe project overlies the Annabelle volcanic sequence and pegmatites which also host the Mt Cattlin Lithium mine and processing plant, 12km to the east.


Chifley Gold Project

The Chifley project is a 79km2 tenement that is prospective for gold. It is ~50km to the south of Lake Rebecca and on a northwest trending splay of the Claypan Fault.


Duketon North

Duketon North is prospective for gold and nickel. It is located 30kms north of the Moolart Well 3Mtpa gold mill and 30kms south of the Olympia nickel deposit. Targets in the area include gold in soil anomalies and coincident magnetic highs and EM targets.


Geko Royalty

Bulletin retains a royalty, profit share interest and joint venture interest in the Geko gold project, Coolgardie.
